You just need ONE person to show up and hold space for you, who meets you exactly where you are, to inspire and support positive and sustainable shifts in your health and well-being.
Offering a live streaming yoga class for you from your own home.
I’ll see and guide you through low risk movement, poses, sequences on/with a chair.
Easy on the joints and known to reduce aches and pains.
Gaining better quality sleep, relieving insomnia.
Reduce anxiety

Increase range of motion, improves joint function and mobility.
We work on building balance and strength.
Increases blood flow throughout the body and to extremities.
Connecting with breath flow, self and the present moment.
Online yoga allows for a greater reach, bringing people together from all over the world. People that would otherwise be at home alone. This could be your new community. I will be teaching Hatha classes on Sunday mornings and Chair classes on Tuesday mornings. They are both suited for everyone, they are all inclusive. I teach a slow mindful practice where your concentration becomes your breath and movements. I bring awareness to yourself, allowing you to connect fully to your mind, body and soul. Prepare to end the class feeling calm, light and blissful!
